Here
is a notorious Spanish "S" sex comedy about a famous
sexologist [with severe problems of his own] aided by his black exhibitionist
nurse. The film is essentially a collection of quirky sexually-charged
segments as introduced by the deeply disturbed clientele of the frenzied
psychiatrist. Some of the segments are - indeed - humorous, but the
main reason for the popularity of this cult movie is the extensive amount
of nudity and the unusual sexual themes.
Director
Enrique Guevara (sometimes working under the pseudonyms Paul Benson
and Ismael Gonzalez) was an actor from Chile who took over the director's
chair in Spain with the advent of Category S films in 1978, retiring
after 10 movies (with this motion picture) in 1982. He is probably best
known for the gritty HOT
ORGASM: ARABIAN SEX STORY featuring his younger sister Raquel
Evans in the leading role. Enrique became a film production manager
in the '80s and '90s, responsible for numerous projects including Jenny
Agutter's DARK
TOWER in 1987.
