Rodrigo Aragao is quickly becoming one of the best splatter/horror filmmakers in the world. He is especially enjoying a stellar reputation based on the success of his MUD ZOMBIES and CEMETERY OF LOST SOULS.

A blood feud rages between two backwoods families. The Silva clan blames the Carvlho family for a string of recent disturbances including missing farm animals. But something more deadly than human has marked the homestead for annihilation. A visiting city-boy and his pregnant wife find themselves stuck in the middle of the feud, with bloodshed, death and violence escalating rapidly. Besides the vicious clan war and the Chupacabra monsters, there's also a crazed, black-magic cannibal in the woods.

As with other Rodrigo Aragao films, the gore is over-the-top and exceptionally well done.
