The powerful ruler, Marquis Katsuragawa and his lover-prostitute have twins, a boy and a girl. Since this is considered a bad omen for royalty, these infants are separated at birth. Dad gets the boy; the girl goes with mom. Nineteen years later, the two kids meet. He's a college student and she's a prostitute. They fall in love, thus beginning life's predestined cycle all over again. What follows is an avalanche of bloodshed and violence, as the girl sets out to take revenge on all those who destroyed her life.

This tale of obsession from Nikkatsu Studios is punctuated with bursts of sexual brutality and bondage.
