It's an excellent Korean thriller about a Internationally famous doctor and a few moral [ethical] questions that set a stage for his unrelenting terror. Can he escape a twisted destiny? The film dances beautifully around every single possibility. The tagline says: "Prepare Yourself for a Day You Will Never Forget."
