Kumi is a successful model who marries into the wealthy Konzern family. But her new father-in-law, patriarch Takehiko, is obsessed with Kumi and lusts for her. He arranges for his son to go away on "an extended business trip." The very night, Takehiko drugs the girl and rapes her. But Kumi refuses oral sex. This angers the old man and he recruits a team of doctors to surgically remove her clitoris and surgically implant it in her throat.

Obviously this is the beginning of a pinku roughie, somewhat inspired by the success of the American 1972 porn film DEEP THROAT, but - as disturbing as this film is - please note, it is not a hardcore production.

Filmmaker Hiroshi Mukai is generally considered one of the foremost pioneers in the 'pinku eiga' genre, perhaps rivaled only by Koji Wakamatsu. After directing children's TV shows and wildlife documentaries in the late 1950s and early 60s, he was hired by Toei Studios to launch their new concentration on 'adult films.' He helmed numerous pink films for a decade before hitting gold with DEEP THROAT IN TOKYO in 1975. Hiroshi Mukai continued directing his brand of brutal, violent sex films for another 10 years before retiring from the genre with 140 movies under his belt. Mr Mukai died in June 2008 from liver failure at age 70.
